Affiliate rules
These rules apply to every member who promotes the portal with a personal invitation link. Breaching them ends participation, forfeits open commission and can lead to exclusion from the portal and loss of the balance. The English version is the only binding version.
1. What the programme is for
The programme exists so that members can earn their premium membership instead of paying for it. Commission from premium purchases of referred members is credited to the balance and can be used to buy premium.
Every member accepts the attribution of invitations at registration, because the programme only works if invitations can be attributed. Whether a member promotes the portal is a separate and free decision.
2. What is rewarded
Commission is earned solely from premium purchases made by members who registered through the personal link. Registrations alone, activity alone and self referrals earn nothing.
3. How the link works
The invitation code is stored for the period stated on the referral page. A registration is attributed to the last invitation code stored before the registration.
4. Prohibited: spam
The following is prohibited and ends participation immediately:
- unsolicited email, direct messages or comments containing the link
- posting the link in forums, groups or comment sections where advertising is not allowed
- automated posting, bots, mass messaging and comment spam
- buying email lists or contact data for promotion
- misleading subject lines, sender names or profiles
5. Prohibited: presenting the portal as gambling
The portal must never be advertised as a casino, betting site, lottery or game of chance. Prohibited wording includes stake, bet, jackpot, odds, winnings, luck and any phrase suggesting that money can be won by chance. Advertising on gambling, betting or casino websites is prohibited.
6. Prohibited: promises of earnings
No promise of a specific income may be made. Prohibited examples: earn one hundred euro a day, guaranteed income, get rich, quit your job. Statements about rewards must describe what the portal actually offers: a reward per correct answer and prizes for the best tournament results.
7. Prohibited: misleading claims
- claiming to be the operator, an employee or an official partner
- fake screenshots of balances or payouts
- imitating the portal's website, brand or emails
- bidding on the portal's brand name in search engine advertising
- registering domains or social media accounts that suggest an official connection
8. Prohibited: self referral and account farming
Creating accounts for oneself, for household members under one's control, or paying others to register and buy premium, is prohibited. Such commission is reversed.
9. Consequences
Where a breach is found the operator may reverse commission, block the referral function, close the account and, in serious cases, claim damages. Manipulation of the programme can lead to exclusion from the portal and to the loss of the balance.
10. Changes
These rules may be changed. Affiliates are informed and continued promotion counts as acceptance.
